摘要: |
目的 对维甲酸受体功能、分子机制及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用进行综述,为以维甲酸受体为靶点的肿瘤治疗和新药研发提供参考。方法 检索近年来国内外有关维甲酸受体的研究文献,针对其功能、分子机制以及肿瘤治疗方面的应用,进行分析和总结。结果 维甲酸受体通过转录调节、翻译调节和磷酸化调节与其他多条信号通路相互联系、共同调节。维甲酸受体在肿瘤治疗中起到非常重要的作用,维甲酸类似物在诱导多种肿瘤细胞分化、逆转肿瘤细胞的恶性表型方面效果显著。结论 维甲酸受体的调节过程极为复杂,因此在肿瘤发生发展及治疗中的作用还有待进一步的研究。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To summarize the processes of retinoic acid receptor (RAR) function, molecular mechanism and application in treatment of tumor and to offer some reference for the RAR-related tumor therapy and new drug development. METHODS Search the recent research literatures on RAR, and analyze them in respects of function, molecular mechanisms and tumor therapy. RESULTS RARs integrate several signaling pathways through regulation of transcription, translation and phosphorylation. Retinoic acid receptor plays an important role in cancer therapy and the retinoic acid analogues are effective in regulating cell differentiation and reversing malignant phenotypes of several cancer cells. CONCLUSION Regulation of retinoic acid receptor is such a high complex process, the role of RAR in the development of tumors and treatment remains to be further studied. |
