摘要: |
目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定圣济鳖甲丸中制何首乌的2,3,5,4′-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-Ο-β-D-葡萄糖苷(简称二苯乙烯苷)的含量。 方法 采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm),流动相为乙腈-水(14∶86),检测波长为320 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果 二苯乙烯苷在48.64~243 2 ng内线性关系良好(r=1.000)。平均回收率为100.22%(RSD=0.45%,n=7)。结论 该方法简单、快速、重复性好,可作为圣济鳖甲丸的质量控制方法。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish method for determining the content of 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy stilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside (simply named as 2,3,5,4’-stilbene glycoside) from Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata in Shengjibiejia pills by HPLC. METHODS It was performed by HPLC with Agilent Extend-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water (14∶86). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 with the detection wavelength at 320 nm. RESULTS 2,3,5,4’-stilbene glycoside showed a good linear relationship within the range of 48.64-2 432 ng(r=1.000). The average recovery was 100.22% with RSD=0.45%(n=7). CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and it can be applied to control the quality of Shengjibiejia pills. |
