| 目的 以丹参多酚酸盐制剂的临床应用及相应的多元化药理作用研究资料为对象，探讨丹参多酚酸盐制剂“活血化瘀”作用可能涉及的药理作用机制。方法 整理与归纳近年有关的国内外文献，对丹参多酚酸盐制剂的多元化药理作用及其可能的作用机制作出概括，并得出相应判断。结果与结论 丹参多酚酸盐“活血化瘀”作用潜含着多元化的药理作用机制，对这些机制的研究和梳理有助于形成中药药理的现代药理学基础，并提供临床同类中药制剂的应用指导。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE Advances on pharmacological effects of salvianolate are reviewed in this article in order to discuss the mechanisms of salvianolate in promoting blood circulation to resolve stasis. METHODS Consult and summarize several references home and abroad on it, and draw a conclusion. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The potential pharmacological effects of salvianolate are extensive, and the research on it could contribute to form the basic pharmacological theory on the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, to direct the clinical application of the similar type medicine. |
