摘要: |
目的 优选理气活血方的水提工艺参数。方法 以丹酚酸B、阿魏酸和葛根素转移率及浸膏得率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交试验设计结合G1-熵权法,以加水量、提取时间和浸泡时间为考察因素,优选出理气活血方的最佳水提工艺参数。结果 理气活血方的最佳水提工艺参数为第1次加10倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,煎煮1.0 h,第2次加8倍量的水,煎煮0.5 h,第3次加8倍量的水,煎煮0.5 h。结论 优选出的理气活血方水提工艺稳定可行。 |

OBJECTIVE To optimize the water extraction process parameters of Liqi Huoxue recipe. METHODS Took salvianolic acid B, ferulic acid and puerarin transfer rate and extract yield as evaluation indexes, and the amount of water added, extraction time and soaking time were used as evaluation indicators, L9(34) orthogonal experiment design and G1-entropy method were used to optimize the optimum water extraction process parameters of Liqi Huoxue recipe. RESULTS The optimal water extraction process of Liqi Huoxue recipe were adding 10 times the amount of water for the first time, soaking for 0.5 h, decocting for 1.0 h, adding 8 times the amount of water for the second time, decocting for 0.5 h, and adding 8 times the amount of water for the third time, decocting for 0.5 h. CONCLUSION The optimized water extraction process of Liqi Huoxue recipe is stable and feasible. |
