中成药致药源性呼吸系统疾病文献分析

摘要:

目的 检索常用的引发药源性呼吸系统疾病的中成药情况，为安全使用此类中成药提供参考。方法 通过检索CNKI、VIP中文数据库，收集1979年-2015年间国内医药期刊报道的中成药致药源性呼吸系统疾病49例进行统计分析。结果 经检索上述数据库发现，有引发药源性呼吸系统疾病的中成药21种，共遴选出文献41篇。结论 多种中成药可导致和诱发呼吸系统疾病，应重视中成药的安全性，关注其不良反应，避免和减少药源性呼吸系统疾病的发生。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To provide a reference for the safe use of Chinese patent medicine by retrieving the situation of Chinese patent medicine-induced respiratory diseases. METHODS A total of 49 drug-induced respiratory disease cases reported in internal medical journals published from 1979 to 2015 were collected by retrieving CNKI and VIP Chinese databases, and then the data were analyzed statistically. RESULTS According to the above databases reports, there were 21 kinds of initiation of drug-induced respiratory diseases medicine from the 41 selected literatures. CONCLUSION A variety of proprietary Chinese patent medicines can cause respiratory diseases, should pay attention to the safety of Chinese patent medicine, focus on adverse reactions, avoid and reduce the incidence of drug-induced respiratory diseases.
