川芎嗪(tetramethylpyrazine,TMP)是从传统中药川芎中提取的生物碱单体,具有广泛的药理活性,尤其在治疗高血压、冠心病等心血管疾病方面受到广泛的关注。但由于TMP的不稳定性和生物利用度较差、代谢快且半衰期短等问题,在一定程度上限制了其在临床上的广泛应用,应用纳米载药系统可解决这一问题。本文主要对TMP治疗心脑血管疾病的药理作用及其应用纳米载药系统治疗心脑血管疾病的研究进展进行综述,以期为TMP的进一步开发研究提供参考。 |

Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) is an alkaloid monomer extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Chuanxiong Rhizoma. It has a wide range of pharmacological activities, especially in the treatment of hypertension, coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases. However, due to the poor volatility and bioavailability of TMP, fast metabolism and short half-life, to a certain extent, it has limited its widely clinical application. The application of nano drug delivery system can solve this problem. This article mainly reviewed the pharmacological effects of TMP in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the research progress of the application of nanometer drug delivery system in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, in order to provide a reference for the further development and research of TMP. |
