香橼化学成分和药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物预测分析 |

摘要: |
香橼为中国传统的理气中药,其应用广泛、疗效确切。本文对香橼化学成分和药理作用的研究现状进行综述,其成分主要包括挥发油类、黄酮类、香豆素类、生物碱类和萜类,共计167种化合物被报道。香橼在抗氧化、抗炎、抗过敏、抗菌、抗肿瘤等方面具有良好的药理活性。基于质量标志物的基本概念,从成分特有性、成分有效性、成分可测性3个方面对香橼的质量标志物进行预测分析,建议考虑将柠檬烯、柠檬醛、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、柠檬苦素和香橼中具有的芳樟醇、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、丙酸松油酯、蛇床子素及枸橼中的川陈皮素、辛弗林作为香橼药材的质量标志物。质量标志物的确定可为建立科学合理的质量评价标准提供理论依据,有助于香橼的深入研究和开发利用。 |

Citri Fructus is a well-known traditional Chinese medicine with surely curative efficacy on regulating the Qi, which has been widely applied in clinical treatments. In this paper, the research advances of Citri Fructus on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects were comprehensively summarized. There were 167 kinds of compounds which have been reported, including volatile oils, flavonoids, coumarins, alkaloids and terpenes. Citri Fructus has good pharmacological activity in anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti-bacterial, anti-tumor. The concept of quality marker was introduced and a predictive analysis of Citri Fructus about quality marker was performed in terms of component specificity, constituent validity and component measurability. It is suggested that dipentene, citral, naringin, hesperidin and limonin and compounds in Citrus wilsonii Tanaka(linalool, α-pinene, β-pinene, terpinyl propionate and osthole), as well as two compounds isolated from Citrus medica L. (nobiletin, synephrine) were considered as quality markers. This paper not only provided a theoretical basis for the establishment of quality control standard, but promoted in-depth research and utilization of Citri Fructus. |
