食凉茶是一味畲族习用药材,来源于蜡梅科植物柳叶蜡梅或浙江蜡梅的干燥叶,具有理气健脾功效。食凉茶主要含有挥发油类、香豆素类、萜类、生物碱类、黄酮类、醌类、甾体类等化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、降血脂等多种药理作用,可用于上呼吸道感染、消化系统以及高血压等疾病。本文主要对食凉茶的化学成分、药理作用和临床应用的研究进展进行了系统综述,为食凉茶的开发和临床研究提供理论指导和实际应用参考。 |

Shi Liang Cha is commonly used She medicine, derived from the dried leaf of Chimonanthus salicifolius and Chimonanthus zhejiangensis, and has a good function of regulating qi-flowing for strengthening spleen. Its main chemical components include volatile oils, coumarins, terpenoids, alkaloids, flavonoids, quinones and steroids. Various pharmacological properties of this herbal medicine have been proved, such as anti-oxidation, anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, and hypolipidemic effects. Clinical studies have shown that it can be used in the upper respiratory tract infection, digestive system disease, hypertension, ect. This article mainly reviewed the research progress of the chemical components, pharmacological effects and clinical application of Shi liang Cha, and provided theoretical guidance and practical value for the development, application and clinical research of Shi liang Cha. |
