| 目的：研究蒙药材蓝玉簪龙胆的化学成分。方法：采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等色谱手段进行分离纯化,并通过波谱数据和理化常数鉴定化合物结构。结果：从蓝玉簪龙胆龙胆花中分离得到10个化合物,已知化合物分别鉴定为熊果酸(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、龙胆苦苷(4)、2"-(o,m-Dihydroxybenzoyl)sweroside(5)、异荭草素(6)、异荭草素-3＇-甲基醚(7)、异牡荆苷(8)、异荭草素-4"-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、异肥皂草苷(10)。结论：化合物3鉴定为新的苄醇糖苷类化合物,命名为龙胆苄醇苷；化合物2为首次从该植物中分离得到。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE The purpose is to research the chemical components of Mongolian medicinal material Gentiana veitchiorum. METHODS The chromatographic methods including silica gel column chromatography, ephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography are applied in the separation and purification of Mongolian medicinal material Gentiana veitchiorum. RESULTSA Ten compounds are obtained from the separation of Gentiana veitchiorum. The known compounds are respectively authenticated as gentiopicroside (2) 2'-(o,m-Dihydroxybenzoyl)sweroside (3) isoorientin (4) isoorientin-3'- methyl ether (5) isovitexin (6) isoorientin-4’-o- glucopyranoside (7) isosoapin (8) ursolic acid (9) β-Sitosterol (10). CONCLUSION The compound 1 in the conclusion is authenticated as the new benzyl alcohol glycosides and is named as 2,3-dihydroxybenzyl alcohol β- glucopyranoside; the compound 10 is firstly separated from this medicinal plant. |
