近年来,我国在化妆品监管和技术领域不断取得进步。在技术标准方面,已建立起化妆品技术法规动态修订机制,以标准化促进化妆品质量提升,带动产业转型升级。本文对毒理学试验方法中的皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验、急性眼刺激性/腐蚀性试验的国内、外相关标准情况进行梳理和比对,分析目前标准存在的具体问题并提出建议。 |

Recent years have seen continuous progress in cosmetic regulation and technology. In terms of technical standards, a dynamic revision mechanism of cosmetic technical regulations has been established to promote the quality improvement of cosmetics by standardization and to drive the transformation and upgrading of the industry. This paper compares domestic and foreign standards for dermal irritation/corrosion test and acute eye irritation/corrosion test, and analysis the specific problems of the current standards and make recommendations. |
