摘要: |
本文对灵芝及灵芝孢子粉的概况、灵芝孢子粉的去壁和破壁技术、灵芝孢子粉的鉴定方法进行了梳理,并重点对灵芝孢子粉毒理学各项研究(包括急性毒性、遗传毒性、重复给药毒性、幼龄动物毒性研究等)进行整理归纳,现有文献表明灵芝及灵芝孢子粉在上述毒理学试验中安全性良好,无明显毒性。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper, the general situation of Ganoderma and Ganoderma spore powder, the wall removal and wall breaking technology of Ganoderma spore powder, and the identification method of Ganoderma spore powder were reviewed. The toxicology of Ganoderma spore powder research(including acute toxicity test, genotoxicity test, repeated administration toxicity, juvenile animal toxicity studies, etc.) are sorted and summarized, existing literature shows that Ganoderma and Ganoderma spore powder are safe in the above toxicology tests without obvious toxicity. |
