摘要: |
炎症后色素沉着是痤疮的常见后遗症,其发病机制复杂,目前对其生理机制尚不完全清楚,多种细胞类型、细胞因子、生长因子都参与其发病过程,不仅难以改善并且持续时间较长,对患者心理和生活造成极大影响。本文对炎症后色素沉着的分子机制、体内外实验模型以及调节相关通路的中药提取物进行综述,以期为患者安全、有效地应用中药提取物改善痤疮后色素沉着提供参考。 |

Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation is a common sequela of acne, its pathogenesis is complex, its physiological mechanism is not fully understood at present. A variety of cell types, cytokines and growth factors are involved in its pathogenesis. It is not only difficult to improve and lasts a long time, which has a great impact on patients’ psychology and life. In this paper, molecular mechanism of post-inflammatory pigmentation, experimental models in vitro and in vivo, and extracts of Chinese medicine regulating related pathways were reviewed, in order to provide references for safe and effective application of Chinese medicine extracts to improve post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation in patients. |
