黄芪防治神经退行性疾病的作用及机制研究进展

摘要:
神经退行性疾病作为一种以神经元退化与死亡为特征的神经系统疾病,严重威胁着人类的健康,因其发病机制复杂,治疗药物效果不佳,故长期以来备受关注。现代研究发现,黄芪具有保护心脑血管,调节免疫,抗氧化,抗衰老等药理作用,并且黄芪神经保护的作用已被多项科学研究充分证明,本文综述了黄芪常用复方及制剂、黄芪中活性成分在防治神经退行性疾病方面的主要药理作用及机制,以期为黄芪在神经退行性疾病中的临床应用和基础研究提供参考。

Abstract:
As a kind of nervous system disease characterized by neuronal degeneration and death, neurodegenerative diseases pose a serious threat to human health. Due to its complex pathogenesis and poor therapeutic effect, neurodegenerative diseases have long attracted much attention. Modern studies have found that Astragali Radix has pharmacological effects such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection, immune regulation, antioxidant and anti-aging, and its neuroprotective effect has been fully proved by a variety of scientific studies. This paper reviews the main pharmacological effects and mechanisms of commonly used Astragali Radix compounds and preparations and active ingredients of astragalus in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. In order to provide reference for the clinical application and basic research of Astragali Radix in neurodegenerative diseases.
