多糖类物质是中药的重要组成成分,其纯化分离技术直接影响中药有效成分及其作用机制的阐释。由于多糖类物质存在大量的顺式邻二醇结构,而苯硼酸及其衍生物可以与含有顺式邻二醇结构的分子发生可逆结合/解离,因此,近年来,苯硼酸修饰材料在多糖类物质纯化分离中的应用引起了广泛关注并取得了一些研究进展。本文对苯硼酸修饰材料在多糖类物质纯化分离中的应用进展进行综述,为今后该领域的持续研究和发展提供参考与指导。 |

Polysaccharide substances are important components of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and the purification and separation techniques affect the interpretation of effective components and their mechanism of action of Traditional Chinese Medicine directly Due to the presence of a large number of cis-o-diol structures in polysaccharide substances, and the reversible binding/dissociation of phenylboric acid and its derivatives with the structure of cis-o-diol molecules, the application of phenylboric acid modified materials in the purification and separation of polysaccharide substances has attracted extensive attention in recent years, and some research progress has been made. In this paper, the progress of the application of phenylboric acid modified materials in the purification and separation of polysaccharide substances was reviewed, which provided reference and guidance for the continuous research and development in this field in the future |
