泽泻治疗代谢性疾病及其作用机制研究进展

摘要:
代谢性疾病是一系列慢性疾病,包括非酒精性脂肪肝、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、高脂血症等,已严重影响到人们的健康与生命安全。从天然化合物中寻找有效治疗代谢性疾病的药物一直具有重要意义,泽泻作为一种广泛使用的中药,具有利水渗湿、化浊降脂的功效。现代药理学研究表明,泽泻具有降脂、降糖、抗炎、抗氧化等多种药理活性,在代谢性疾病的治疗中表现出良好的潜力。本综述围绕非酒精性脂肪肝、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、骨质疏松等7种代谢性疾病,重点总结了近15年泽泻及其活性成分治疗上述疾病的疗效及作用机制,以期为研究与临床治疗提供依据。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: Metabolic diseases are a series of chronic diseases, including nonalcoholic fatty liver, diabetes, atherosclerosis, hyperlipidemia and so on, which have seriously affected people's health and life safety. It is very important to find effective drugs to treat metabolic diseases from natural compounds. Rhizoma Alismatis, as a widely used traditional Chinese medicine, has the effects of diuresis, dampness elimination, turbidity reduction and lipid reduction. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Alisma orientalis has many pharmacological activities, such as lipid-lowering, glucose-lowering, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and so on, showing good potential in the treatment of metabolic diseases. This review focuses on seven metabolic diseases, including nonalcoholic fatty liver, diabetes, atherosclerosis, obesity, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, osteoporosis, etc., focusing on the efficacy and mechanism of Rhizoma Alismatis and its active components in the treatment of these diseases in recent 15 years, in order to better provide evidence for research and clinical treatment.
