| 铁死亡是一种新型的程序性细胞死亡形式,受铁、氨基酸、多不饱和脂肪酸等多种代谢方式调节,已被证明参与肿瘤、缺血再灌注损伤、神经退行性疾病等多种疾病的病理过程。目前已发现多种具有不同作用机制的铁死亡抑制剂,在多种疾病模型中表现出良好的治疗效果。本文对近年来的铁死亡抑制剂进行综述,为其进一步研究提供思路。 |

| Ferroptosis is a new form of non-apoptotic cell death, regulated by multiple cellular metabolic pathways such as iron handling as well as metabolism of amino acids and lipids. Since its identification in 2012, mounting studies have shown that ferroptosis is involved in various diseases including cancers, ischemia-reperfusion injury and degenerative pathologies. Up to now, numerous ferroptosis inhibitors targeting various signaling pathways relevant to the above diseases have been discovered. In this review, current knowledge on the modulation of ferroptosis was elaborated, followed by summarizing recent ferroptosis inhibitors together with their pharmacological activities, in an attempt to boost a perspective for future study. |
