一例2型糖尿病肾病患者服用非奈利酮致转氨酶升高的用药分析

摘要:
摘要:目的 为患者安全合理使用非奈利酮提供参考。方法:71岁2型糖尿病患者1例,服用非奈利酮片 10mg 每日一次。结果:服药1月后出现转氨酶升高,停药后,转氨酶恢复正常。结论:非奈利酮所致转氨酶升高,可能是非奈利酮与硝苯地平的相互作用,使非奈利酮的暴露增加,导致转氨酶升高的不良反应。

Abstract:
Abstract Objectives Reference to the safe and rational use of fifinerenone in patients. Methods: A 71-year-old patient of chronic kidney disease (CKD) with type 2 diabetes was given fifinerenone and taken it in a dose of 10mg once daily. Results: After 1 month on the drug, transaminase was elevated. Stopping the drug, transaminase returned to normal after a month. Conclusions: The cause of elevated transaminase is most likely due to a drug interaction between the fifinerenone and nifedipine. Nifedipine increases plasma exposure to fifinerenone and causes an adverse reaction of elevated aminotransferase.
