| 胆酸是人体胆汁酸中最丰富的成分,现代药理学研究表明,其具有维持胆汁酸稳态、改善代谢性炎症及神经保护等活性,这些活性与其临床应用密切相关。胆酸在临床主要用于治疗罕见性疾病先天性胆汁酸合成障碍和脑腱黄瘤病,同时也是诊断妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症重要临床指标。本文拟通过对胆酸药理作用与临床应用的研究进展进行整理,并分析其相关性,以期阐明胆酸临床治疗机理,指导其更深入的开发利用。 |

| ABSTRACT: Cholic acid is the most abundant component of bile acids in human body. Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has the activities of maintaining bile acid homeostasis, improving metabolic inflammation and neuroprotection, which are closely related to its clinical application. Cholic acid is mainly used in the treatment of rare diseases congenital bile acid synthesis disorder and brain tendinous xanthosis, and is also an important clinical index in the diagnosis of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy. This paper aims to clarify the clinical therapeutic mechanism of cholic acid and guide its further development and utilization by summarizing the research progress of pharmacological action and clinical application of cholic acid and analyzing its correlation. |
