| 目的 探讨尼拉帕利致肌酸激酶升高的药学监护方法。方法 临床药师对1例卵巢癌患者使用尼拉帕利后出现肌酸激酶升高的病例进行分析和讨论，对尼拉帕利与肌酸激酶指标趋势变化的相关性进行判定，协助医师制订治疗措施。结果 医师采纳临床药师的意见和建议，患者肌酸激酶指标逐渐好转。结论 临床药师通过与医师协作，对肌酸激酶指标升高进行药学干预，为靶向药物相关性不良事件的药学监护提供方法和思路。 |

| The increase of creatine phosphokinase induced by Niraparib: a case report |

| OBJECTIVE To explore the methods of pharmaceutical care for the creatine phosphokinase (CK) elevation induced by niraparib. METHODS The CK elevation,which occurd in a ovarian cancer patient after taking niraparib was analyzed and discussed. The correlation between niraparib and the change of CK indexe was determined. The clinical pharmacist assisted physicians in formulating treatment plan. RESULTS The physician adopted comments and suggestions of the clinical pharmacist, and the patient"s CK indexe was gradually improved. CONCLUSION By collaborating with physicians, the clinical pharmacist have implemented pharmaceutical intervention for the increase of CK which providing methods and ideas for pharmaceutical care of targeted drug-related adverse events. |
