| 白术作为“浙八味”之一,临床应用广泛,被誉为补气健脾第一要药。本文通过查阅历代本草典籍,结合中药方剂数据库索引,共检索以白术为组方的方剂10347余首,经典名方107首,着重对经典名方中“白术”的配伍特点、炮制品用药、药味组成、用法用量、现代开发应用等进行考证研究,最大化地挖掘经典名方中白术的临床用药规律,旨在为白术在经典名方制剂开发与应用中提供依据。 |

| Atractylodes macrocephala is one of the eight famous kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang province which is widely used in clinical practice and is known as the first essential medicine for tonifying qi and strengthening the spleen. First, by searching of ancient Chinese herbal classic books and prescription databases of traditional Chinese medicine, we obtained more than 10347 prescriptions and 107 classic famous prescriptions which contain Atractylodes macrocephala. Based on these, we anlysised the compatibility characteristics, processed drug use, medicinal taste composition, usage and dosage, modern development and application of Atractylodes macrocephala. The results may help us to understand the using rule of Atractylodes macrocephala in classic famous prescriptions, as well as provide a basis for the development and application of Atractylodes macrocephala. |
