| 摘要: |
| 由于角质层的屏障作用,大多数药物的经皮渗透效率较低,导致经皮给药系统的应用受到很大的限制。微针递药系统和纳米递药系统是目前透皮给药研究最为广泛的两种给药系统。微针递药系统能在皮肤表面形成微小通道以促进药物的渗透,能快速将纳米药物送至毛细血管参与全身循环,且不触及真皮层中的神经产生痛感;纳米递药系统既能增加药物渗透,还可改善药物的药代动力学和药效学特征,提高生物利用度,并降低毒副作用。因此,微针介导的纳米递送系统作为一种经皮给药的新兴载体显示出了巨大的应用潜力与前景,受到了越来越广泛的关注。 |

| Abstract: |
| Due to the cuticle barrier, the transdermal penetration efficiency of most drugs is low. Therefore, the application of transdermal drug delivery system is greatly limited. Microneedle drug delivery system and nanodelivery system are the two most widely studied transdermal drug delivery systems. The microneedle drug delivery system can form tiny channels on the surface of the skin to promote drug penetration, and can quickly send nanodrugs to the capillaries to participate in the systemic circulation without touching the nerves in the dermis to cause pain. The nanodelivery system can not only increase drug penetration, but also improve the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characteristics of drugs, improve bioavailability, and reduce toxic side effects. Therefore, as a new carrier for transdermal drug delivery, microneedle-mediated nanodelivery system has shown great potential and prospect, and has been widely concerned. |
