纳米介导的靶向递药系统在乳腺癌治疗中的研究进展

摘要:
乳腺癌是女性患病率最高的恶性肿瘤,目前治疗方法包括手术、化疗和放射治疗,但均受到一定的限制。纳米介导的靶向递药系统是一种新兴的有效治疗肿瘤等疾病的策略,能显著提高药效,降低毒副作用,为乳腺癌的治疗提供了新的契机。本篇综述我们重点关注纳米介导的靶向递药系统在乳腺癌治疗的最新进展与研究趋势,为其开发及临床转化提供参考。

Abstract:
Breast cancer is the most prevalent malignant tumor in women. The current treatment methods include surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, but they are all limited. Nano targeted drug delivery system is a new strategy for effective treatment of cancer and other diseases, which can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects, providing a new opportunity for the treatment of breast cancer. In this review, we focus on the latest progress and research trend of nanoparticle-mediated targeted drug delivery system in the treatment of breast cancer, and provide reference for the development and clinical transformation.
