| 肾脏是药物及其代谢产物的主要排泄器官,其丰富的血流量和高的代谢活性导致大量药物及其代谢产物随血液到达肾脏并引起药源性肾损伤。化疗药、抗菌药、免疫抑制药、非甾体抗炎药、放射造影剂等均可引起药源性肾损伤。药源性肾损伤发生机制包括氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞凋亡、自噬紊乱、肠道菌群失调等,越来越多的研究表明中药单体可通过调节上述机制发挥改善药源性肾损伤的作用。本文对改善药源性肾损伤中药单体及其作用机制进行总结与分析,为深入研究中药治疗药源性肾损伤提供思路,为研究开发具有肾保护作用的临床药物提供参考。 |

| Research progress on Chinese medicine monomers against drug-induced kidney injury and their mechanisms |

| Kidney is the main excretory organ of drugs and their metabolites. Its rich blood flow and high metabolic activity lead to a large number of drugs and their metabolites arriving in the kidney along with the blood and causing drug-induced kidney injury. Chemotherapy drugs, antibacterial drugs, immunosuppressive drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, contrast agents can cause drug-induced kidney injury. The mechanisms of drug-induced kidney injury include oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis, dysautophagy, imbalance of gut microbiota, etc. More and more studies have shown that Chinese medicine monomers can improve drug-induced kidney injury by regulating the above mechanisms. This paper summarized and analyzed Chinese medicine monomers and its action mechanisms for improving drug-induced kidney injury, providing ideas for further research on the treatment of drug-induced kidney injury with Chinese medicine, and providing references for research and development of clinical drugs with renal protection. |
