厚朴排气合剂致唾液分泌增加1例

摘要:
1例63岁女性患者因“膝关节痛”入院。入院后,因病情变化,行硬腰联合强化下行左侧全部膝关节置换术治疗。术后给予厚朴排气合剂50ml po,增强胃肠蠕动,预防术后肠麻痹,服药后5分钟左右,患者出现唾液分泌增加,自行温开水漱口并服用1粒糖果后症状缓解。隔天患者再次服用该药,仍有类似症状出现。考虑为厚朴排气合剂导致的唾液分泌增加,原因在于其主要有效成分厚朴酚可降低人体血糖,使体内肾上腺素应激性增加,从而影响唾液腺,最终导致唾液分泌增加,提醒临床服用厚朴排气合剂期间,若出现唾液分泌增加,要防范低血糖,避免造成不良后果。

Abstract:
A 63-year-old female patient was admitted with "knee pain". After admission, due to the change of the condition, the left side total knee replacement was performed with hard lumbar combined reinforcement. After the operation, Houpo Paiqi Heji 50ml po was given for enhance gastrointestinal function peristalsis and prevent postoperative intestinal paralysis. About 5 minutes after taking the drug, the patient showed increased salivary secretion. The symptoms were relieved after self-warming boiling water and taking 1 candy. The patient took the drug again the next day and still had similar symptoms. It is considered that the increased salivary secretion caused by Houpo Paiqi Heji is due to the fact that its main active ingredient, magnolol, can reduce human blood sugar, thereby increasing the stress of adrenaline in the body, thereby affecting the salivary glands, and ultimately resulting in increased salivary secretion. It is reminded that during clinical administration of Houpo Paiqi Heji, if there is increased salivary secretion, hypoglycemia should be prevented to avoid adverse consequences.
