| 肠道菌群与胃肠道、中枢神经形成了“微生物-肠-脑轴”,影响阿尔兹海默症、帕金森、抑郁症、脑卒中等中枢神经系统疾病的发生、发展,而天然药物在预防和治疗中枢神经系统疾病时体现出效果显著且不良反应较小的特点。本文梳理分析天然药物基于“微生物-肠-脑轴”改善中枢神经系统疾病的研究报道,总结其疗效和作用机制,以期为中枢神经系统疾病的防治和新药研发提供新思路。 |

| The gut microbiota forms the "microbiota-gut-brain axis" with the gastrointestinal tract and central nervous system, which affects the occurrence and development of central nervous system diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, depression, and stroke. Natural drugs have shown significant effects and minimal adverse reactions in the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases. This article reviews and analyzes research reports on natural drugs based on the "microbiota gut brain axis" to improve central nervous system diseases, summarizes their therapeutic effects and mechanisms of action, in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of central nervous system diseases and the development of new drugs. |
