藏药打箭菊传统药效及化学成分及其药理作用研究进展

摘要:

打箭菊是一种常用的传统藏药材,临床多以复方形式入药,主要用于黄水病、脑震荡、瘟疫病、太阳穴痛以及跌打损伤和瘟热疮疡等,具有悠久的药用历史。现代研究表明,打箭菊中含有丰富的化学成分,至今已鉴定的化学成分包括黄酮类、萜类、挥发油类、香豆素类和聚炔类等,打箭菊具有镇痛抗炎、抗缺氧、抗心肌缺血、保肝等药理活性。本文对打箭菊的形态与资源、名称考证、传统药效、化学成分及药理作用进行了梳理综述,以期更好地了解和认识打箭菊的最新研究进展,为其资源开发利用保护和临床用药提供科学依据,为其更深入系统地基础研究提供参考。

Abstract:

Pyrethrum tatsienense is a commonly used traditional Tibetan medicinal herb, which is often used as a compound in clinical practice. It is mainly used for “huangshui” disease, cerebral concussion, plague disease, temple pain, traumatic injury and plague heat ulcer. It has a long history of medicinal use. Modern research has shown that pyrethrum tatsienense contains abundant chemical components, so far the identified chemical components mainly include? flavonoids, terpenoides, volatile oils, coumarins and polyacetylenes. Pyrethrum tatsienense has pharmacological activities such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti hypoxia, anti myocardial ischemia, and liver protection. This article provides a comprehensive review of the morphology and resources,name verification,traditional pharmacological effects, chemical components and pharmacological effects of pyrethrum tatsienense, in order to better understand and comprehend the latest research progress of pyrethrum tatsienense, provide scientific basis for its resource development, protection and clinical use, and provide reference for more in-depth and systematic research.
