| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨免疫检查点抑制剂信迪利单抗致免疫相关性唇炎的临床表现、发病机制。方法 通过分析1例信迪利单抗致免疫性唇炎的病例，结合文献资料，对其发生时间、临床表现、发病机制等进行讨论。结果 停用信迪利单抗并给予糖皮质激素后，患者唇炎得以转归。结论 唇炎是信迪利单抗导致的一种特殊皮肤不良反应，需早发现早治疗，糖皮质激素对症治疗可预后良好。 |

| OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of immune-related cheilitis caused by the immune checkpoint inhibitor sintilimab. METHODS A case of immune cheilitis caused by sintilimab was analyzed, and its occurrence time, clinical manifestations, pathogenesis, etc. were discussed based on the literature. RESULTS After stopping sintilimab and giving glucocorticoids, the patient's cheilitis resolved. CONCLUSION Cheilitis is a special skin adverse reaction caused by sintilimab, which needs early detection and early treatment. Symptomatic treatment with glucocorticoids can have a good prognosis. |
