不同种植模式及采收期前胡药材的多指标综合评价研究

摘要:
目的 分析不同种植模式及采收期前胡的产量、差异性化学成分及其含量,为前胡的产量和质量评价提供依据。方法 采用五点取样法、超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间串联质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)结合聚类分析和主成分分析(PCA)等多元统计技术对不同种植模式及采收期前胡进行产量、差异化学成分分析,再应用超高效液相色谱测定前胡差异性化学成分的含量。结果 白花前胡甲素、乙素和E素等成分是评价前胡药材质量的关键成分,高山仿野生种植模式质量最好,产量低,非仿野生熟地种植模式产量最高,但含量低。 结论 不同种植模式对前胡的产量、质量有着明显不同的影响,采收时间并不是关键影响因素,本研究为前胡积累了基础资料。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT : OBJECTIVE To analyze the yield, differential chemical components and their contents of Peucedani radix under different planting patterns and harvest periods, and provide the basis for the yield and quality evaluation of Peucedani radix. METHODS Five-point sampling method, ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF/MS) combined with cluster analysis and principal component analysis (PCA) and other multivariate statistical techniques were used to analyze the yield and differential chemical components of Peucedani radix in different planting patterns and harvest periods, and then the content of differential chemical components of Peucedani radix was determined by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography. RESULTS Praeruptorin A, B and E were the key components to evaluate the quality of Peucedani radix. The quality of alpine imitation wild planting mode was the best, but the yield was low. The yield of non-imitation wild planting mode was the highest, but the content was low. CONCLUSION Different planting patterns have significantly different effects on the yield and quality of Peucedani radix. Harvest time is not the key influencing factor. This study has accumulated basic data for Peucedani radix. ?
