目的 探讨枸杞复方颗粒结合激光祛斑治疗黄褐斑效果及对氧化/抗氧化系统调节作用。方法 摘要格照随机数字表法将2021年6月~2023年9月杭州市临安区中医院院收治的110例黄褐斑患者,随机分为对照组、试验组,各55例,对照组采取激光祛斑,试验组采取枸杞复方颗粒+激光祛斑,连续治疗3个月。比较2组疗效、满意度、不良反应及治疗前、治疗3个月后皮损改善情况[皮损颜色、面积评分]和性激素[雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、促黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、卵泡刺激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)]、氧化应激[脂质氧化物(Lipid oxides,LPO)、丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)]。结果 试验组总有效率90.91%较对照组74.55%高(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,2组治疗3个月后皮损颜色、面积评分均下降,其中试验组下降更为明显(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组治疗3个月后血清E2、LH、FSH明显下降(P<0.05);治疗3个月后试验组血清MDA、LPO低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组满意度94.55%较对照组78.18%高(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率5.45%与对照组9.09%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用枸杞复方颗粒结合激光祛斑治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,能有效调节患者氧化/抗氧化系统、性激素水平,改善皮损情况,且安全可靠,患者满意度高。 |

OBJECTIVE Exploring the therapeutic effect of goji berry compound granules combined with laser freckle removal on melasma and their regulatory effects on the oxidative/antioxidant system. METHODS According to the random number table method, 110 patients with melasma admitted to Lin'an District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hangzhou City from June 2021 to September 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received laser freckle removal, while the experimental group received goji berry compound granules and laser freckle removal, with continuous treatment for 3 months. Compare the efficacy, satisfaction, adverse reactions, and improvement of skin lesions before and after 3 months of treatment between two groups [lesion color and area score], as well as sex hormones [estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)], oxidative stress [lipid oxides (LPO), malondialdehyde (MDA), glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px), and superoxide dismutase (SOD)]. RESULTS The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%, which was higher than that of the control group at 74.55% (P<0.05); Compared with before treatment, the skin lesion color and area scores in both groups decreased after 3 months of treatment, with the experimental group showing a more significant decrease (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the experimental group showed a significant decrease in serum E2, LH, and FSH after 3 months of treatment (P<0.05); After 3 months of treatment, the serum MDA and LPO in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, while SOD and GSH Px were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of 94.55% in the experimental group was higher than 78.18% in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 5.45%, and there was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group of 9.09% (P>0.05). CONCLUSION The combination of goji berry compound granules and laser freckle removal therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on melasma. It can effectively regulate the patient's oxidative/antioxidant system, sex hormone levels, improve skin lesions, and is safe and reliable, with high patient satisfaction. |
