| 目的 探究大数据战略下我国医药产业高质量发展新路径。方法 梳理江苏省医药产业数字化转型实绩，总结国外发达国家医药产业数字化转型治理经验。结果 我国医药产业可以参照国外发达国家“数转智监”治理经验，结合本国国情进行数字化转型和多方协同共治。结论 基于RACI模型的高质量发展协同共治方案可以助力医药产业进行高效全周期管理。 |

| OBJECTIVE To explore the new path of high-quality development of China's pharmaceutical industry under the big data strategy. METHODS Combing the actual performance of digital transformation of pharmaceutical industry in Jiangsu Province, and summarizing the experience of digital transformation and governance of pharmaceutical industry in developed countries abroad. RESULTS China's pharmaceutical industry can refer to the "digital to intellectual supervision" governance experience of foreign developed countries, combined with the national conditions of digital transformation and multi-party collaborative governance. CONCLUSION A collaborative governance programme for high quality development based on the RACI model can help the pharmaceutical industry with efficient full-cycle management. |
