| 摘要:目的 创新链、产业链、资金链以及人才链的深度融合(以下简称“四链”融合),构成了长三角生物医药产业一体化高质量发展的核心驱动力。为此,本研究针对“四链”的各个环节,将“政产学研金服用”等关键要素进行精准对接,构建一个融合机制模型,用以深入分析“四链”融合的发展情况。方法 通过融合机制模型对2018年至2022年间长三角地区生物医药产业的四链发展水平、四链耦合协调水平进行测度,分析长三角生物医药产业“四链”融合的发展短板。结果 长三角生物医药产业“四链”融合发展水平整体呈上升态势,在从轻度不融合达到良好融合;在链条层面,四链发展水平不平衡现象显著,且存在波动性。长三角生物医药产业“四链”融合发展短板由人才链、资金链向创新链转变。结论 根据四链各环节发展水平与“四链”融合短板,建议长三角通过建设医药创新中心、技术转移中心,实施中医药产业振兴,完善金融体系及建设数字化物流枢纽,以更好提升长三角生物医药产业一体化水平和高质量发展。 |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE The deep integration of the innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain, and talent chain (hereinafter referred to as the "four chains" integration) constitutes the core driving force for the integrated high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry in the Yangtze River Delta region. To this end, this study targets each link of the "four chains," accurately aligns key elements such as government, industry, academia, research, finance, services, and application, and constructs an integration mechanism model to conduct an in-depth analysis of the development status of the "four chains" integration. METHODS By using the integration mechanism model, the study measures the development level of the four chains and the coupling coordination level of the four chains in the biopharmaceutical industry of the Yangtze River Delta region from 2018 to 2022, and analyzes the development weaknesses of the "four chains" integration in the biopharmaceutical industry of the Yangtze River Delta. RESULTS The overall development level of the "four chains" integration in the biopharmaceutical industry of the Yangtze River Delta shows an upward trend, progressing from mild disintegration to good integration; at the chain level, there is a significant imbalance in the development levels of the four chains, with volatility present. The development weaknesses of the "four chains" integration in the biopharmaceutical industry of the Yangtze River Delta have shifted from the talent chain and capital chain to the innovation chain. CONCLUSION Based on the development levels of each link of the four chains and the weaknesses of the "four chains" integration, it is suggested that the Yangtze River Delta enhance the integrated development level and high-quality development of its biopharmaceutical industry by building medical innovation centers and technology transfer centers, implementing the revitalization of the traditional Chinese medicine industry, improving the financial system, and constructing digital logistics hubs. |
