| 摘要: |
| 老年女性,因胃脘部胀闷不适半年入院。因完善肠镜检查应用硫酸镁钠钾口服浓溶液354ml清肠治疗。患者家属诉患者服清肠药后胃脘部胀满不适，恶心，头晕，乏力，面色苍白，立即至病房查看患者，患者突发意识不清，向前倾倒，呼之不应，桡动脉搏动微弱，二便失禁，立即予胸外按压，约5-10秒后患者意识恢复。 |

| Abstract: |
| An elderly woman was admitted to the hospital for half a year due to stomach distension and discomfort. Due to the improvement of colonoscopy, magnesium sulfate, sodium potassium oral concentrated solution 354ml of colon cleansing treatment was applied. The patient's family complained that the patient's stomach was full and uncomfortable, nausea, dizziness, fatigue, and paleness after taking the colon cleansing medicine, and immediately went to the ward to check on the patient, the patient suddenly became unconscious, fell forward, could not breathe, the radial pulse was weak, and the second fecal incontinence, and immediately gave chest compression, and the patient recovered consciousness after about 5-10 seconds. |
