互联网+3D打印精准分剂量的个性化药学服务新模式初探

摘要:
随着大数据和人工智能技术的不断发展,互联网医院这一新兴医疗模式不断得到建设与提升,也使得精准医疗与个性化药学服务的关联和互动更加紧密,医疗服务向着更高水平发展。但正确而高效的为患者提供个性化精准剂量医疗服务仍具有挑战性。为此综述目前精准个性化用药服务模式现状,分析了临床现有口服固体制剂缺乏精准剂量的危害和分剂量方式的不足,提出了新型3D打印技术在口服固体制剂精准分剂量应用的建设,并在精准医疗背景下,探索3D精准分剂量结合互联网的药学服务新模式新途径,以实现患者个性化精准用药创新发展,以期更好的为患者提供准确有效的药学服务

Abstract:
ABSTRACT With the continuous development of big data and artificial intelligence technology, the Internet hospital, as an emerging medical model, has been continuously constructed and improved. This development has also brought the relationship and interaction between precision medicine and personalized pharmaceutical care closer, propelling medical services towards a higher level. Medical services are developing towards a higher level. However, it is still challenging to provide patients with personalized precision dosage medical services correctly and efficiently. This article reviews the current status of precision personalized medication service model, We analyzed the harm of the lack of accurate dosing and the shortcomings of dose distribution methods in the existing oral solid preparations. The construction of a new 3D printing technology for precise dosing of oral solid preparations was proposed. In the context of precision medicine, we explore a new model and way of pharmaceutical care based on 3D precise dose distribution combined with the Internet, and realize the innovative development of personalized precision medicine for patients, so as to provide accurate and effective pharmaceutical care for patients.
