| 铁死亡是近年来提出的一种新型的细胞程序性死亡，以铁依赖性和脂质过氧化物积累为特征。研究显示，铁死亡在神经退行性疾病过程中扮演了重要角色，中医药对神经退行性疾病的防治具有独特优势，基于铁死亡理论的中医药防治神经退行性疾病是时下的研究热点。本文综述了铁死亡与神经退行性疾病的关系，梳理了近年来中医药在治疗铁死亡介导的神经退行性疾病中的研究进展，为神经退行性疾病的预防和治疗提供思路。 |

| Ferroptosis, a novel type of programmed cell death proposed in recent years, is characterized by iron dependency and the accumulation of lipid peroxides. Studies have shown that ferroptosis plays a crucial role in the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) possesses unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. The application of TCM in the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases based on the theory of ferroptosis has become a research hotspot. This article reviews the relationship between ferroptosis and neurodegenerative diseases, summarizes the recent research progress of TCM in the treatment of ferroptosis-mediated neurodegenerative diseases, and provides insights for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. |
