摘要:

毒理学关注阈值（TTC）是一种在化学物质结构已知且人体暴露量相对较低的情况下，对物质进行筛选和风险评估的方法。在缺乏化合物毒性数据或研究数据有限的情况下，TTC提供了一种评估人体暴露风险的替代方法，低于该阈值不会对人体健康产生明显影响。目前，TTC方法已应用于食品包装材料、食品添加剂、药品及化妆品等多个领域。本文对TTC方法的发展及应用进行综述，重点总结分析了TTC在化妆品成分安全评价中的应用及研究进展，讨论了TTC应用于化妆品领域的特殊性，为TTC方法的优化和发展提供参考和思路。

Abstract:

The threshold of toxicological concern (TTC) is an approach for screening and risk assessment of chemicals when the chemical structure of the substance is known and where human exposure can be estimated to be relatively low. In cases where chemical-specific toxicity data are absent or limited, the TTC offers an alternative to assess human exposure below which there would be no appreciable risk to human health. The TTC approach is increasingly applied in many sectors such as food contact materials, food additives, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. The development and application of the TTC approach were reviewed, with emphasis on the application and research progress of the TTC in the risk assessment of cosmetic ingredients. In addition, the particularity of the TTC application in the cosmetic field was discussed, so as to provide reference and ideas for the optimization and development of the TTC approach.
