| 本文报道了1例因使用苹果酸奈诺沙星氯化钠注射液而引发头部震颤和口唇抽动的病例。此案例警示临床医药护人员，在使用苹果酸奈诺沙星氯化钠注射液时，需加强对患者的用药监护，提高对神经系统药品不良反应的警觉性，确保能够准确识别并判断这些反应，同时迅速采取适当的治疗措施应对。 |

| This article reports a case of head tremor and orofacial twitching associated with the use of nenoxacin malate sodium chloride injection. This case warns clinical medicine and nursing staff that when using nenoxacin malate sodium chloride injection, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of patients' medication, increase the alertness to adverse reactions to neurological medicines, and ensure that they are able to accurately identify and judge these reactions, as well as promptly take appropriate therapeutic measures in response. |
