基于数字化模式的医院智慧药房系统架构设计与应用

摘要:
目的 探讨药房数字化工作模式,构建医院智慧药房ERP系统架构,提高工作效率和质量。方法 采用物联网技术构建医院智慧药房ERP系统架构和药房数字化工作模式,对传统药房进行自动化、数字化和智能化改造,通过对比实施前后各项参数,验证实施效果。结果 构建ERP系统架构后,处方调配准确率由(88.62±0.64)%提高至(98.56±0.82)%;处方调配时间由(54.28±0.84)s缩短至(29.06±0.42)s;患者候药时间由(4.41±0.53)min缩短至(2.86±0.64)min;患者满意度由(86.58±0.75)%提高至(92.56±0.64)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于数字化模式医院智慧药房ERP系统架构,能促进数字化转型,显著提高工作效率和质量。

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To explore the digital work model of the pharmacy and construct a hospital smart pharmacy enterprise?resource?planning system architecture to improve work efficiency and quality. METHODS Utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology, we established a smart pharmacy enterprise?resource?planning system framework and a digitalized work model in the hospital. Traditional pharmacies underwent automation, digitization, and intelligent transformation. We compared various parameters before and after implementation to verify the effectiveness. RESULTS After constructing the enterprise?resource?planning system, the accuracy of prescription dispensing increased from (88.62±0.64)% to (98.56±0.82)%. The prescription dispensing time was reduced from (54.28±0.84)s to (29.06±0.42)s. Patient waiting time for medications decreased from (4.41±0.53)min to (2.86±0.64)min. Patient satisfaction rose from (86.58±0.75)% to (92.56±0.64)%. All differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Implementing IoT technology to build a hospital smart pharmacy enterprise?resource?planning system architecture and facilitate digital transformation can significantly enhance work efficiency and quality.
