穿心莲内酯纳米递送系统在神经保护中的应用与研究进展

摘要:
穿心莲内酯作为穿心莲中主要的二萜类活性成分,虽具神经保护作用,但其水溶性及生物利用度欠佳,抑制了其疗效性。纳米技术可助力药物穿越血脑屏障,提高生物利用度与靶向性,为神经系统疾病治疗带来新思路。本文旨在阐述聚合物纳米颗粒,脂质纳米颗粒,囊泡脂质载体及金属纳米颗粒等常见纳米递送的特性,综述穿心莲内酯与纳米递送系统结合在脑肿瘤、癫痫、阿尔茨海默病和卒中等神经保护领域的应用,并探讨纳米药物穿越血脑屏障后的命运,以期为穿心莲内酯在中枢神经系统疾病研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:
Andrographolide, as the main diterpenoid active component in Andrographis paniculata, although it has neuroprotective effects, its water solubility and bioavailability are poor, which limits its therapeutic efficacy. Nanotechnology can help drugs cross the blood-brain barrier, improve bioavailability and targeting, and bring new ideas for the treatment of neurological diseases. This article aims to elaborate on the characteristics of common nanocarriers such as polymer nanoparticles, lipid nanoparticles, vesicular lipid carriers, and metal nanoparticles, review the application of andrographolide combined with nanocarriers in the field of neuroprotection, including brain tumors, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, and stroke, and explore the fate of nanodrugs after crossing the blood-brain barrier, in order to provide a reference basis for the research of andrographolide in central nervous system diseases.
