摘要:

目的 通过比较国家集中采购药品和原研药品注射用头孢呋辛钠在围手术期预防用药的有效性、安全性，找出更安全、有效、经济的预防用药方案，为围手术期预防用药提供依据。方法 抽取某院围手术期使用注射用头孢呋辛钠预防感染的手术患者电子病历数据，使用SPSS 27.0软件进行倾向性评分匹配后，分析两组药品预防术后感染的有效性、安全性、经济性指标。结果 集采组和原研组头孢呋辛钠的有效性、不良反应发生率均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）。两组患者经济性指标有显著性差异（P＜0.05），相较于原研组，集采组费用显著减少。结论 在围手术期预防应用注射用头孢呋辛钠的患者中，集采和原研药物预防术后感染的有效性及安全性，无统计学差异。而在预防术后感染方面，相对于原研药物，集采药物经济性更高。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE By undertaking a comparative analysis of the effectiveness, safety, and economic feasibility of the nationally centralized drug versus the original drug cefuroxime sodium for perioperative surgical prophylaxis, this research endeavors to establish a safer, more efficacious, and cost-effective prophylactic medication regimen. Ultimately, this study aims to furnish clinicians with robust evidence to guide their preventive medication practices. METHODS Electronic medical record data of surgical patients receiving cefuroxime sodium for prophylactic infection were extracted from our hospital. After applying propensity score matching (PSM) through SPSS 27.0, the study analyzed the effectiveness, safety, and economic indicators of the two drug groups in preventing postoperative infections. RESULTS Upon comparing the prophylactic efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions of cefuroxime sodium from the centralized procurement group versus the original drug, no statistically significant difference was observed (P＞0.05). However, a notable distinction emerged in the economic indicators (P＜0.05). Notably, the centralized procurement group incurred significantly lower costs compared to the original drug. CONCLUSION There was no statistically significant difference in the effectiveness and safety of centralized procurement and original drug in preventing postoperative infections in patients undergoing perioperative prophylaxis with cefuroxime sodium. Meanwhile, in preventing postoperative infection, compared to original drug, the cost of centralized procurement of drugs is more economical.
