| 目的 建立片姜黄的高效液相色谱指纹图谱,并结合化学判别模式对市场上的样品进行分析。方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长210nm,采用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱鉴别不同基源姜黄属样品的差异性成分并建立有专属性、区别于其他混伪品的片姜黄指纹图谱。应用SIMCA13.0软件进行偏最小二乘判别分析(PLS-DA),对市场上的片姜黄样品进行基源判别评价。结果:不同基源产地姜黄属药用植物存在明显且较为稳定的成分差异,其中蓬莪术环氧酮、莪术二酮、curcumafuranol和莪术呋喃二烯酮等为关键性差异成分;PLS-DA分析能够对市场上的片姜黄样品进行区分,多为蓬莪术掺伪样品。结论:建立的片姜黄指纹图谱方法稳定、可靠、重复性好,能够区分不同基源产地的姜黄属药材,可用于片姜黄的质量评价。 |

| Identification of wenyujin rhizome concisum and other curcuma linnaeus by HPLC fingerprint and chemical pattern recognition analysis |

| ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To establish the HPLC fingerprint of wenyujin rhizome concisum, and to identify by chemical pattern recognition. METHODS The silane bonded silica is used as filler with gradient elution using acetonitrile-0.1% phosphate solution as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.1 mL/min. The sample was detected at 210 nm. To identify the different components of different sources by ultra-highperformance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Triple-TOF-MS) and fingerprints were established. SIMCA 13.0 software was applied to perform PLS-DA analysis to identify the wenyujin rhizome concisum from the market. RESULTS Significant differences were found between different origins of curcuma linnaeus as zederone, curdione, curcumafuranol and furanodienone. Samples from the market can be probably distinguished by PLS-DA as Curcuma phaeocaulis VaL. CONCLUSION The established fingerprinting method is reliable and reproducible and shows a potential improvement in the identification and quality evaluation of wenyujin rhizome concisum. |
