| 硫杂环丁烷作为一种四元杂环结构,因其结构的特殊性与优越性,近年来在抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌和抗病毒等药物开发中展现出广阔的应用前景。本文综述了近年来含硫杂环丁烷结构的活性化合物及其在多种疾病治疗中的研究进展,探讨了硫杂环丁烷在药物设计中的优势,包括其作为生物电子等排体的作用、对药物代谢稳定性和溶解性的影响等。通过总结硫杂环丁烷在药物化学中的应用,本文为未来药物设计提供了新的思路和方向。 |

| Thietane, as a four-membered heterocyclic structure, has demonstrated broad application prospects in the development of antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral drugs in recent years due to its unique structural characteristics and superior properties. This article reviews the recent progress in active compounds containing thietane structures and their applications in the treatment of various diseases, exploring the advantages of thietane in drug design, including its role as a bioisostere and its impact on drug metabolic stability and solubility. By summarizing the applications of thietane in medicinal chemistry, this article provides new insights and directions for future drug design. |
