摘要:

灵芝为多孔菌科真菌赤芝Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.)Karst.或紫芝Ganoderma sinense Zhao,Xu et Zhang的干燥子实体。主要化学成分包括三萜类、多糖类、核苷类、甾醇类、生物碱类、氨基酸多肽类、蛋白质、维生素、微量元素等。本文在归纳灵芝调节免疫功能的化学成分和药理作用的基础上,依据质量标志物原则从植物亲缘性,化学成分有效性,特有性和复方配伍等方面进行预测分析。大类成分以灵芝三萜,多糖,蛋白质,甾醇为灵芝调节免疫功能的质量标志物,单一成分可选取麦角甾醇、灵芝酸A、B、C2、D、F、G及灵芝烯酸B、C作为备选物质,为其质量控制提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:

Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss.ex Fr.) Karst is a fungus in the polyporaceae family Ganoderma lucidum. Or dried fruiting bodies of Ganoderma sinense Zhao, Xu et Zhang. The main chemical components include triterpenoids, polysaccharides, nucleosides, sterols, alkaloids, amino acid polypeptides, proteins, vitamins, trace elements and so on. On the basis of summarizing the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Ganoderma lucidum in regulating immune function, this paper made prediction analysis from the aspects of plant affinity, chemical component effectiveness, specificity and compound compatibility according to the principle of quality markers. Ganoderma lucidum triterpenoids, polysaccharides, proteins and sterols were the quality markers for regulating immune function of Ganoderma lucidum. Ergosterol, Ganoderic acid A, B, C2, D, F, G and Ganoderma lucidum enoic acid B and C were selected as the single components to provide a certain reference for quality control.
