| 心肌缺血再灌注损伤(myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury,MI/RI)是一种通过诱导氧化应激、钙过载、线粒体渗透性过渡孔打开和超收缩诱导细胞凋亡,从而进一步导致细胞损伤和器官功能受损的炎症反应性疾病。MI/RI的病理生理主要包括ROS的产生、钙过载、细胞凋亡、铁死亡、自噬、炎症反应、线粒体功能障碍、免疫反应等。有丝分裂激活蛋白激酶(Mitogen-activatedproteinkinase,MAPK)信号通路通过多种细胞机制调节生存、增殖、细胞凋亡和分化等各种生物过程,在调节MI/RI中起着重要作用,是治疗MI/RI的潜在治疗靶点。本综述通过研究中药单体及其化合物应用于MI/RI的相关文献研究,以缺血再灌注损伤为主要切入点,梳理近年来所有研究类文献,从M/IRI的病理生理机制角度研究,深入探究MAPK信号通路在中医药防治MI/RI中的作用和具体机制以及具有重要的研究价值和临床意义,以期为今后中药的研究以及新药研发提供科学客观的证据。 |

| Myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury (MI/RI) is an inflammatory disease that induces apoptosis by inducing oxidative stress, calcium overload, mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening and hypercontraction, which further leads to cell damage and organ dysunction. The pathophysiology of MI/RI mainly includes ROS production, calcium overload, apoptosis, ferroptosis, autophagy, inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, immune response, etc. Mitogen-activatedproteinkinase (MAPK) signaling pathway regulates various biological processes such as survival, proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation through a variety of cellular mechanisms. It plays an important role in the regulation of MI/RI and is a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of MI/RI. By studying the related literature of traditional Chinese medicine monomers and their compounds applied to MI/RI, this review took ischemia-reperfusion injury as the main entry point, sorted out all the research literature in recent years, and studied the pathophysiological mechanism of M/IRI. It is of great research value and clinical significance to further explore the role and specific mechanism of MAPK signaling pathway in the prevention and treatment of MI/RI with traditional Chinese medicine, in order to provide scientific and objective evidence for the research of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of new drugs in the future. |
