我国医患共同决策临床应用现状与研究热点可视化分析

摘要:

目的：梳理国内医患共同决策临床应用进展,为优化实践路径提供参考。方法：通过范围综述检索中国知网等数据库,依据标准筛选文献并提取资料,运用Citespace与Excel软件,采用可视化与描述性分析整理结果。结果：初检得1606篇文献,最终纳入159篇。研究发现医患共同决策研究方法多样,领域广泛,模型涵盖理论与实践,对延伸主题考量深入。结论： 国内医患共同决策从基础理论走向临床实践,未来应考虑到主体视角与场景差异,拓展医患共同决策应用至治疗药物决策与合理用药等延伸主题,注重多样化工具与多学科主体参与,从法规政策层面健全支持体系,细化临床实践方向,为中国医患共同决策研究作贡献。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To sort out the progress of clinical application of shared decision-making in China, and to provide reference for optimising the practice path. METHODS China Knowledge Network and other databases were searched through the scope review, the literature was screened and information was extracted based on the criteria, and the results were collated using visual and descriptive analyses with the use of Citespace and Excel software. RESULTS The initial examination yielded 1606 documents, and 159 were finally included. It was found that the research on shared decision-making was diverse in methodology, broad in scope, and the models covered both theory and practice, with in-depth consideration of the extended themes. CONCLUSION As domestic shared decision-making moves from basic theory to clinical practice, the future should take into account the differences in subject perspectives and scenarios, expand the application of shared decision-making to extended topics such as therapeutic drug decision-making and rational use of medication, focus on diversified tools and multidisciplinary participation, improve the support system at the level of regulations and policies, and fine-tune the direction of clinical practice, so as to contribute to China's research on shared decision-making.
