酸枣仁汤改善睡眠作用的组方配伍研究

摘要:

目的：通过熵权法结合灰色关联度法分析酸枣仁汤不同配伍组的总物质组成及改善睡眠的关系。方法：通过“君臣佐使”的配伍理论,将酸枣仁汤作为研究对象,设置13个不同的配伍组别,并对其总皂苷、总黄酮、总酚、总多糖含量进行测定；以果蝇为实验动物研究不同配伍组的改善睡眠作用,采用熵权法结合灰色关联度法分析构建酸枣仁汤不同比例配伍的评价模型。结果：相关性分析结果显示,酸枣仁汤各成分对果蝇睡眠时间和自主活动次数影响排序为：总酚>黄酮>皂苷>多糖；熵权分析结果显示,总多糖含量在酸枣仁汤五个评价指标中权重最大。灰色关联度法分析结果表明,酸枣仁汤全方组的睡眠改善作用最强,其相对关联度最大,为0.82,药效最佳；君臣组的相对关联度为0.74,效果次之。结论：酸枣仁汤具有明显的改善睡眠的作用,总酚和总多糖含量是评价酸枣仁汤药效的重要指标,君药起到主要作用,臣药、佐药、使药对君药酸枣仁起到增强疗效的作用。

Abstract:

Objective:To analyze and compare the contribution of each component in various Suanzaoren Decoction to drug efficacy through entropy weight method combined with grey correlation degree method,explore the therapeutic effect of each compatibility group and its role in the application of the entire formula,and clarify the scientific nature of sSuanzaoren Decoction compatibility.Methods:The compatibility theory of "Jun Chen Zuo Shi" was used,and Suanzaoren Decoction was taken as the research object.Thirteen different compatibility groups were set up to determine the total saponins,total flavonoids,total phenols,and total polysaccharides content;Using drosophila as experimental animals to study the sleep regulation effects of different compatibility groups;Using entropy weight method to analyze the weight of the above 5 indicators,and combining with relative correlation degree to construct an evaluation model for different proportions of compatibility of Suanzaoren Decoction.Result:The order of the effects of vari
