国际视阈下药品说明书适老化研究热点与启示

摘要:
目的 探讨国际视阈下药品说明书适老化的研究热点,为我国药品说明书适老化改革提供实践参考。方法 检索PubMed、Scopus和WOS核心数据库2000—2024年相关学术文献,借助LDA主题建模,测算主题强度,识别热点主题。结果 “用药信息传递”“用药安全警示”“不良反应监测”“可读性及评估”四个主题构成研究热点,系统揭示了老年患者在药品说明书信息获取、理解与使用中的关键问题,并为药品说明书适老化改革提供了理论支持和实践方向。结论 未来我国的优化方向应以多模态信息获取、个体化风险管理、不良反应监测体系与标准化质量评估为核心,推动药品说明书向更加智能化、人性化、精准化的方向发展。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To explore the research hotspots of ageing of pharmaceutical instructions under the international perspective, and to provide practical reference for the reform of ageing of pharmaceutical instructions in China. METHODS a comprehensive search was conducted on the PubMed, Scopus and Web of Science core databases for relevant academic literature from 2000 to 2024. Utilising the LDA topic modelling method, the study measured the topic strength and identified the most prevalent topics. RESULTS the research hotspots are constituted by the four themes of 'medication information transmission', 'medication safety warning', 'adverse reaction monitoring' and 'readability and assessment.' A systematic investigation of these themes is undertaken in order to reveal the key problems encountered by elderly patients in the domains of obtaining, understanding and using drug information. Theoretical support and practical direction is provided for the reform of drug instructions for the elderly. CONCLUSION the future direction of optimisation in China should be centred on multimodal information acquisition, individualised risk management, adverse reaction monitoring systems and standardised quality assessment, so as to promote the development of drug inserts in the direction of greater intelligence, humanisation and precision.
