摘要:

目的 基于药品追溯码构建智慧药房全流程闭环管理体系，探索药品追溯码在药品全生命周期管理中的应用。方法 介绍药品追溯码全流程闭环管理体系的架构及管理模式，并对创新应用成效进行评价。结果 应用该体系后，可实现药品校验、药品核对、药品溯源、效期管理等，有助于提升药品调剂质量，优化医院药学服务。结论 药品全流程可追溯的数智化路径助力医院药事管理提升，赋能医保支付药品的透明化监管，有助于实现“来源可查、去向可追、责任可究”的药品全过程监控目标，具有高效、自动化等优势及创新示范作用和推广价值。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To construct a whole-process closed-loop management system of intelligent pharmacy based on drug traceability code and explore the application of drug traceability code in drug lifecycle management. METHODS Introduce the framework and mode of the closed-loop management system based on drug traceability code, and evaluate the innovative application effectiveness. RESULTS After implementing the new management system, functions such as drug check, drug verification, drug traceability, expiration date management and etc. were achieved, which helps to enhance the quality of drug dispensing and optimize hospital pharmaceutical services. CONCLUSION The digitalization path of traceability throughout the whole process of drug empowers the improvement of hospital pharmaceutical management, enables transparent supervision of medical insurance payment drugs, and helps achieve the full-process monitoring goal of drugs that are “traceable in origin, trackable in destination, and accountable in responsibility.” It features high efficiency and automation, and has innovative demonstrative effects and value for promotion.
