| 目的 结合药品追溯码采集工作,以期构建智慧药学工作新模式,深入剖析医疗机构药品追溯码采集工作实行后对药品管理产生的实际效果。 方法 回顾性分析门诊西药房在智能发药机基础上开展药品追溯码信息采集工作前后同期的药品发放数据,包括药品调剂差错率、患者退药处理时效、患者满意度。结果 追溯码采集实施后药品调剂差错率显著低于实施前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);追溯码采集实施后患者退药处理时效中位数显著降低0.58分钟,降幅达10%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在满意度差异方面无统计学意义(P>0.05),但具有积极意义。 结论 本研究成果形成依托智能发药机并以药品追溯码采集为核心的智慧药学工作新模式,可以显著降低药品调剂差错率,实现精准退药,提高退药处理速度,提升药事管理水平。 |

| OBJECTIVE To establish a novel smart pharmacy model by integrating drug traceability code collection and analyze the practical effects of implementing drug traceability code collection in medical institutions on pharmaceutical management. METHODS A retrospective analysis was conducted on outpatient pharmacy dispensing data before and after the implementation of drug traceability code collection based on intelligent drug dispensing machines. Key metrics included the dispensing error rate, patient medication return processing time, and patient satisfaction. RESULTS After implementing traceability code collection, the dispensing error rate significantly decreased compared to the pre-implementation period, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The median processing time for patient medication returns decreased by 0.58 minutes (a 10% reduction), showing statistical significance (P<0.05). While no statistically significant difference was observed in patient satisfaction (P>0.05), the trend was positive. CONCLUSION This study proposes a novel smart pharmacy model centered on drug traceability code collection and intelligent dispensing machines. This approach significantly reduces dispensing errors, enables precise medication return management, accelerates return processing, and enhances pharmaceutical management standards. |
