| 人表皮生长因子(hEGF)是一种重要的生长因子,广泛应用于伤口愈合、皮肤修复和组织工程等领域。近年来,基因重组技术的进步推动了hEGF的高效生产。研究者利用原核表达体系(如大肠杆菌、芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌)和真核表达体系(如真菌、昆虫细胞、哺乳动物细胞、植物细胞)成功实现了hEGF的表达优化,为其规模化生产奠定了基础。此外,hEGF剂型的多样化开发也为其临床应用提供了更多可能。本文综述了hEGF在不同表达体系以及剂型应用的研究进展,以期为 hEGF 进一步的临床应用提供参考。 |

| Human epidermal growth factor (hEGF) is a crucial growth factor widely applied in wound healing, skin repair, and tissue engineering. In recent years, advances in recombinant DNA technology have driven the efficient production of hEGF. Researchers have successfully optimized hEGF expression using both prokaryotic expression systems (e.g., Escherichia coli, Bacillus, Lactobacillus) and eukaryotic expression systems (e.g., fungi, insect cells, mammalian cells, plant cells), laying the foundation for its large-scale production. Furthermore, the diversified development of hEGF formulations has opened up more possibilities for its clinical applications. This review summarizes research progress on hEGF across different expression systems and formulation applications, aiming to provide reference for its further clinical utilization. |
