半夏白术天麻汤的药理机制研究进展

摘要:
中医经典名方半夏白术天麻汤(BBTD)出自《医学心悟》,具有健脾化痰、平肝熄风之功效。该文对该方剂的药效物质基础、药理机制研究、机制整合与组方联系、药动学特征及现代化研究应用进行了综述。化学成分研究表明,BBTD含黄酮类、内酯类、三萜类等多种活性成分。在药理机制方面,BBTD可以减轻炎症及氧化应激反应、调节代谢紊乱、保护血管和神经、调节内质网应激以及调节肠道微生物群。这些机制之间的协同作用显著,与BBTD的组方配伍高度契合,使BBTD在高血压、脑卒中、动脉粥样硬化、血管性痴呆、眩晕、偏头痛以及癫痫等疾病的治疗中表现出显著的疗效。此外,文中还涉及BBTD的药动学特征、质量控制以及提取工艺优化等研究梳理。上述研究内容旨在进一步推动BBTD的现代化发展,以期为临床应用提供更全面的理论支持。

Abstract:
The classical Chinese medicine formula, Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction (BBTD), is from Medical Heart Enlightenment(《医学心悟》), which has the efficacy of strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm, calming the liver and suppressing wind. This paper reviewed the pharmacological basis of the formula, pharmacological mechanism study, mechanism integration and formula correlation, pharmacokinetic characteristics and modern research application. The chemical composition study showed that BBTD contains a variety of active ingredients such as flavonoids, lactones and triterpenoids. In terms of pharmacological mechanisms, BBTD can reduce inflammatory oxidative stress, regulate metabolic disorders, protect blood vessels and nerves, regulate endoplasmic reticulum stress, and regulate the intestinal microbiota. The significant synergistic effects of these mechanisms are highly compatible with the formulation of BBTD, enabling BBTD to show significant efficacy in the treatment of hypertension, stroke, atherosclerosis, vascular dementia, vertigo, migraine, and epilepsy.In addition, the pharmacokinetic characteristics, quality control and extraction process optimization of BBTD were also discussed. The above studies aim to further promote the modernisation of BBTD, with a view to providing more comprehensive theoretical support for clinical applications.
